11. EXTENDED SIDE ANGLE POSE-UTTHITA PARSVAKONASANA 



Instructions:
1. Stand straight with feet together with both hands at your sides.
2. Beathing in move your right leg horizontally to right side to widen the distance between your legs.
3. Breathing out turn your left feet to left side and turn the top part of body to look to left.
4. Breathing in open the arms out, bringing the left arm in front of you and right arm behind.
5. Breathing out bend forward to touch the floor near your left feet with your left hand and extend your right hand up. Look up.
6. Remain in this position for 5 breathe in and breathe out.
7. Breathing in come to position no.4.
8. Breathing out come to pose number 3.
9. Breathing in come to pose number 2.
10. Breathing out come to pose number 1.
Repeat the same starting with the right leg.

Benefits: strengthens the legs, stretches the groins, hips, opens chest and cleanses internal organs.
