SIDE ANGLE POSE-PARIVRITTA PARSVAKONASANA
Instructions:
1. Stand straight
with feet together with both hands at your sides.
2. Beathing in
move your right leg horizontally to right side to widen the distance between
your legs.
3. Breathing out
turn your right feet to right side and turn the top part of body to look to
right.
4. Breathing in
open the arms out, bringing the left arm in front of you and right arm behind.
5. Breathing out
bend forward to touch the floor near your right feet with your left hand and
extend your right hand up. Look up.
6. Remain in this
position for 5 breathe in and breathe out.
7. Breathing in come
to position no.4.
8. Breathing out
come to pose number 3.
9. Breathing in
come to pose number 2.
10. Breathing out
come to pose number 1.
Repeat the same
starting with the left leg.
