26. SALABHASANA (LOCUST POSE) 
Instructions:
1. Lie down on your stomach. Make fists of hands and bring them below thighs.
2. Breathing in, lift head to bring chin on the floor. Lift your feet off the floor as high as possible. Keep knees straight.
3. Remain in this position for 5 to 8 seconds, breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the breathing.
4. Breathing out, slowly bring your feet back to the floor.
Benefits: Locust pose is reverse of Cobra pose and activates lower parts of body. Hence it is best done after Cobra pose. Activates kidneys, liver and all organs of lower part of body. Strengthens abdominal muscles and reveals back pain.
