44. HANDS AND KNEES BALANCE



44. Hands and Knees Balance



Instructions:

1. Lie on your stomach.
2. Breathing in, place your hands on either side of your chest and raise your body off the ground till only your toes and palms touch the ground but with elbows straight.
3. Breathing out bring your left knee on to the ground.
4. Breathing in raise your left hand to bring it parallel to the ground.
5. Remain in this position breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the breathing.
6. Breathing in bring your hand down.
7. Breathing

Benefits: Improves balance, opens chest and reduces tummy.
