53. SLEEPING VISHNU POSE: ANANTASANA



53. Sleeping Vishnu Pose: Anantasana



Instructions:

1. Lie on your back.
2. Turn to your left side.
3. Lift your head and place your left hand under your head.
4. Lift your right leg and right arm to 90 degrees to hold your right toe.
5.  Remain in this position breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the breathing.
6. Repeat with other side.

Benefits: Improves balance, strengthens arms and legs.
