55. PAVANMUKTASANA



55. Pavanmuktasana   


Instructions:

1. Lie on your back.
2. Breathing in, raise your left leg to bring the knee to your chest. Hold the knee with both arms.
3. Remain in this position breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the breathing.
4. Breathing out, come back to original position.
5. Repeat with other leg.
6. Now repeat with both legs brought to the chest at the same time.

Benefits: Helps to relieve gas. Helps in cases of constipation.
