46. BOAT POSE - NAVASANA



46. Boat Pose - Navasana


Instructions:

1. Sit with legs stretched in front.  Raise your legs to 45 degrees. Keep your spine straight. Bring your arms parallel to the ground.
2. Remain in this position breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the breathing.

Benefits: increases strength of your stomach muscles.
