45. Supine Spinal Twist - Supta Matsyendrasana
Instructions:
1. Lie on your
back.
2. Breathing in
bring your right leg over your left leg and place it outside your left leg.
3. Breathing out
twist your neck to look towards the right side.
4. Remain in this
position breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the breathing.
5. Breathing out
come back to pose 1.
Benefits: Stretches stomach muscles and strengthens
spinal cord.
