36. GODDESS
POSE-SUPTA BADDHA KONASANA
Instructions:
1. Sit with your feet touching in front of you. Keep
your spine straight.
2. Breathing in, bend backwards to lie on your back
bringing your elbows to the ground.
3. Remain as long
as you can. Breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the breathing.
4. Breathing out,
come back to original position.
Benefits: opens groins.
