39. CHILD’S POSE-BALASANA



Instructions:
1. Stand straight.
2. Breathing in, raise your arms above your head.
3. Breathing out, bend forward to come to all fours.
3. Breathing in, increase the distance between your hands and feet.
4. Breathing out, bring your knees to the floor and spread them apart.
5. Breathing in, slide backwards to sit on your feet bringing your face to the floor.
6. Breathing out, spread your knees wide bringing the stomach to rest between the thighs.
7. Remain breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the breathing.
8. Breathing in come to your knees.
9. Breathing out come to all fours.
10. Breathing in bring your feet in close to your hands.
11 Breathing out come to standing position.

Benefits: Gives rest to the tired body.
