6. URDHVA HASTASANA: RAISED ARMS POSE: 



Instructions:
Stand straight with feet together with both hands at your sides.
Breathing in raise your hands above your head and press the palms together.
Stay in this position for some time.
Breathing out come back to the standing position.

Benefits:
Strengthens the shoulder muscles and helps relieve back pain.
