37. DOWNWARD FACING DOG – URDHVA MUKHA SVANASANA



37. Downward Facing Dog – Urdhva Mukha Svanasana


Instructions:

1. Stand straight.
2. Breathing in, bend forward to come to all fours.
3. Breathing out, increase the distance between your hands and feet.
3. Remain as long as you can. Breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the breathing.
4. Breathing in, come back to pose number 2.
5. Breathing out come to standing position.

Benefits: Strengthens the whole body. Relieves back pain.
