23. KING DANCER POSE-NATARAJASANA


Instructions:

1. Stand straight with feet together with both hands at your sides.
2. Breathing in swing your right backwards and hold your right feet with your right hand. Extend your left hand towards the ceiling.

Benefits: strengthens shoulders, legs, improves balance.
