49. SIDE PLANK POSE - VASISTHASANA



49. Side Plank Pose - Vasisthasana



Instructions:

1. Lie on your back.
2. Turn to your left and lift your body placing your left palm on the floor. Keep your right arm straight up. Look up at your right palm.
3. Remain in this position breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the breathing.
4. Repeat with other side.

Benefits: Improves balance, strengthens arms and spine.
