57. Extended Side Angle Pose Variations - Utthita Parsvakonasana Variations
BOUND EXTENDED SIDE ANGLE POSE-BADDHA UTTHITA PARSVAKONASANA


Instructions:
1. Stand straight with feet together with both hands at your sides.
2. Beathing in move your right leg horizontally to right side to widen the distance between your legs.
3. Breathing out turn your right feet to right side and turn the top part of body to look to right.
4. Breathing in, bend your right leg, bending your body to join both palms under your right thigh.
5. Remain in this position for 5 breathe in and breathe out.
6. Breathing out come to pose number 3.
7. Breathing in come to pose number 2.
8. Breathing out come to pose number 1.
Repeat the same starting with the left leg.

Benefits: strengthens legs and arms. Stretches body.
