35. Cobbler's Pose (Bound Angle Pose) - Baddha Konasana
Instructions:
1. Sit with your feet stretched in front of you.
2. Breathing in, bring your legs in to make your right
feet touch your left feet. Hold your feet your hands. Keep your spine straight.
3. Remain
as long as you can. Breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the
breathing.
Benefits: opens hips and groins.
