30. CAMEL POSE-USTRASANA
Instructions:
1. Stand
straight with feet together with both hands at your sides.
2. Breathing out come to your knees.
3. Breathing in bend backwards to touch your toes with
your palms.
4. Remain in this
position for 5 to 8 seconds, breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the
breathing.
5. Breathing out, come back to pose number 2.
6. Breathing in, come back to pose number 1.
Benefits: Strengthens back muscles. Improves
breathing. Cures asthma. Opens chest.
