52. CAMEL POSE: USTRASANA



52. Camel Pose: Ustrasana



Instructions:

1. Come on to your knees.
2. Bend backwards to touch your feet with your palms.
3. Let your head fall back, opening your throat.
4. Remain in this position breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the breathing.

Benefits: opens chest, and whole of front of body.
