61. FLYING CROW POSE - EKA PADA GALAVASANA


61. Flying Crow Pose - Eka Pada Galavasana
Instructions:

1. Lie on your stomach.
2. Put both your palms below your stomach.
3. Breathing in raise your body off the floor pressing your elbow against your stomach.
4. Remain in this balanced position for 5 breathe in and breathe out.
5. Breathing out come back to position

Benefits: Improves balance, strengthens arms, abdomen muscles.
