58. Pyramid Pose III - Parsvottonasana III
Instructions:
1. Stand straight
with feet together with both hands at your sides.
2. Breathing in
move your right leg horizontally to right side to widen the distance between
your legs.
3. Breathing out
turn your left feet to left side and turn the top part of body to look to left.
4. Breathing in
open the arms out, bringing the right arm in front of you and left arm behind.
5. Breathing out
bend forward towards your right knee and raise your arms above backwards and
grip the palms together.
6. Bending your
left knee try to touch your head to the ground.
7. Remain in this
position for 5 breathe in and breathe out.
8. Breathing in
come to position no.4.
9. Breathing out
come to pose number 3.
10. Breathing in
come to pose number 2.
11. Breathing out
come to pose number 1.
Repeat the same
starting with the left leg.
Benefits: strengthens legs and arms. Stretches body.
