21. AWKWARD
CHAIR POSE-UTKATASANA
Instructions:
1. Stand straight
with feet together with both hands at your sides.
2. Breathing in raise your hands above your head to
bring your palms together.
3. Bend your knees.
4. Remain in this
position for 5 to 8 seconds, breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the
breathing.
5. Breathing out
come back to pose number 1.
Benefits: Strengthens legs and arms, improves balance,
and increases concentration.
