4.TADASANA: MOUNTAIN POSE:



Instructions:
Stand straight with feet together with both hands at your sides. 
Breathing in bring your hands up to your chest and press the palms together like a namaskara.
Breathing out come back to original position.

Benefits:
Improves posture, strengthens thighs and helps relieve back pain.
