56. WARRIOR III - VIRABHADRASANA III



56. Warrior III - Virabhadrasana III



Instructions:

1. Stand straight with your arms at your sides.
2. Bend forward, lifting your right leg off the ground, till your body is parallel to the ground, standing on your left leg.
3. Breathing out, come back to original position.
4. Repeat with other leg.

Benefits: strengthens the legs, improves balance.
