28. BRIDGE
POSE-SETU BANDHA SARVANGASANA
Instructions:
1. Lie on your back.
2. Breathing in start walking your feet towards your
shoulders bending your stomach and waist upwards till you can touch your feet
with your hands.
3. Remain in this
position for 5 to 8 seconds, breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the
breathing.
4. Breathing out,
come back to number 1.
Benefits: opens chest, relieves back pain, reduces
stomach.
