38. CORPSE POSE-SAVASANA: Also called “Yoga Nidra” or the Yogic method of sleep.
Instructions:
1. Lie down on
your back keeping a bit of distance between the legs.
2. Relax the whole
body.
3. Breathing in
and out slowly, concentrate on the breathing for a while.
4. Move your
attention from feet to head slowly and then back to your feet relaxing each and
every part of your body.
5. To getup, turn
to right side and slowly getup.
Benefits: Relaxes the whole body and mind. Cures
insomia (lack of sleep).
