63. PLOW POSE – HALASANA


63. Plow Pose – Halasana
Instructions:

1. Lie down on the floor with hands and legs straight and close to each other.
2. Breathing in raise your legs up to bring them to a vertical position.
3. Breathing out bring the legs to touch the floor. Do not bend the hands and legs.
4. Remain in this balanced position for 5 breathe in and breathe out.
5. Breathing out come back to pose 1. Do this slowly keeping the legs and hands straight.

Benefits: strengthens the back and neck. Energizes the sexual glands and brings strength and vitality to them. Reduces excess weight.
