20. TREE POSE- VRUKSHASANA
Instructions:
1. Stand straight
with feet together with both hands at your sides.
2. Breathing in
fold your hands in front of chest and raise your right feet off the ground and
place it on your left thigh.
3. Remain in this
position for 5 to 8 seconds, breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the
breathing.
4. Breathing out
come back to pose number 1.
Repeat with other
leg.
Benefits:
Strengthens legs, improves balance, and increases concentration.
