62. PENDANT POSE – LOLASANA


62. Pendant Pose – Lolasana
Instructions:

1. Sit in Lotus pose.
2. Place your palms outside your knees on both sides.
3. Breathing in, raise your body off the floor.
4. Remain in this position for 5 breathe in and breathe out.
5. Breathing out come to pose number 2.

Benefits: Strengthens the arms and stomach muscles
