29. LOCUST POSE-11-SHALABASANA-11
Instructions:
1. Lie down on your stomach. Place your palms on the
ground on two sides of your chest.
2. Bring your hands on to your back and clasp the
palms together.
3. Breathing in raise your face and chest upwards as
high as possible.
4. Remain in this
position for 5 to 8 seconds, breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the
breathing.
5. Breathing out, come back to
pose number 2.
Benefits: Opens chest, improves breathing, strengthens
spine.
