33. WHEEL POSE-(CHAKRASANA)


Instructions:
1. Lie on your back.
2. Breathing out, bring your feet close to your buttocks with feet flat on the ground.
3. Place your palms on either side of our head.
4. Breathing in raise your back as high as possible. Place the top of your head on the floor. Raise your head off the floor till your arms are straight.
5. Remain as long as you can. Breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the breathing.
6. Breathing out, come back to original position.

Benefits: makes your spine flexible, strengthens your arms and legs. It gives an over-all tonic effect to the body.
