47. Seated Wide Legged Straddle - Upavistha Konasana


Instructions:

1. Sit with leg stretched. Now, open out your legs, keeping your legs pressed to the ground.
2. Remain in this position breathing in and out slowly, concentrating on the breathing.

Benefits: stretches the thighs.
